Europe’s hydrogen trucking shifts into gear — TEAL Mobility is ready to welcome these trucks

H2Accelerate has announced that three new OEM partners have joined forces with Volvo Group to deploy hydrogen trucks across Europe. The addition of Scania Pilot Partner, Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility Germany and Hyliko brings valuable experience and momentum to the H2Accelerate Trucks project. Great news for the development of the H2 market. While the spotlight is on these newly added deployment partners, TEAL Mobility, a partner of H2Accelerate since 2024 and the joint venture between TotalEnergies and Air Liquide, has already been laying the groundwork.  With a growing, high‑capacity hydrogen refuelling network across France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, TEAL Mobility is focused on reliable operations along key corridors to support fleet deployment from day one.

These new partners will help accelerate truck deployment alongside Volvo Group, contributing essential OEM capacity and operational expertise. Their arrival marks an important shift: the hydrogen mobility market not only needs suppliers like TEAL Mobility, but also committed customers and vehicle manufacturers ready to roll out hydrogen-powered fleets at scale.
