About Hydrogen & Gas Mobility
Hydrogen & Gas Mobility is TotalEnergies’ internal center of expertise for hydrogen, natural gas, and biomethane for mobility and small‑scale industry use. Positioned within the New Mobility division of the Marketing & Services (M&S) branch, it drives the development of TotalEnergies’ activities in this field and provides global support to all M&S entities.
Two decades of experience in natural gas for vehicles (NGV) and hydrogen
The experience in NGV began in 2001 with the introduction of public CNG stations in the Netherlands. One of the very first installations was located at Schiphol Airport, which remains part of our network today. One year later, in 2002, TotalEnergies opened its first hydrogen station in Berlin, Germany.
